What is the pilot?
We set up your platform and a small group of your regulars use it first. You see how it works with real clients before committing to a full launch.
Can you import our current clients and balances?
Yes. Send us your spreadsheet and we will map it in, including remaining sessions and renewal dates.
Do clients need to download an app?
No. Booking works in any phone or desktop browser, and clients can add it to their home screen.
Can we keep our own class rules?
Yes. Cancellation windows, late fees, capacity, waitlist behavior and plan rules are configured to match how you already run things.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Yearly plans are billed once a year at the discounted rate.
