By using studiobooker.space or the StudioBooker platform you agree to these terms.
The service
StudioBooker provides online class booking, membership management and scheduling tools to fitness studios and their clients. Features may change over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login secure. Studios are responsible for the use of the platform by their staff.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in US dollars as described on our pricing page or in your order. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Payment processing fees from third-party providers are separate.
Studio and client relationships
Studios set their own class, membership, cancellation and refund policies. StudioBooker is not a party to the agreement between a studio and its clients and does not provide fitness instruction or medical advice. Clients should consult a professional before beginning any exercise program.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Data
Studios own their client data. We process it on their behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
